Our project ended up far better than ever Imagined
Our project was a real toughie that ended up far better than we had ever imagined.
Pascale created a detailed CAD rendering of what our back yard would look like based upon our wants and needs. Then, her team set about building the vision she had and it turned out better than we could have hoped for.
Pascale doesn't stand on the sidewalk and point to her workers where to plant a specimen. She gets into the dirt and makes sure the terrain meets her vision and then moves the plants around so that the finished installation looks like it naturally happened that way. She is truly an artist. Her crew is efficient and do a really good job in siting and planting every specimen. Her decades of experience in southwestern landscaping means she will pick plants that suit your environment.
This was an unusual project because my wife and I "disassembled" the old yard in an effort to recycle as much of the plant and boulder material we could re-use. Additionally, I had contractors for concrete and steel fabrication lined up from previous work they had done for us. Pascale's team created the CAD rendering to make sure the whole design would work and flow. We did some of the hardscape and her subs finished the rest. Finishing the plant installation was solely Pascale's job and that only took about four days to complete, including rock installation.

In 2008 we purchased a patio home in Scottsdale that had a small yard and atrium that were neglected and practically empty. What should have been a beautiful feature of the house was a significant detriment. We made contact with Pascale Sucarto who created a wonderful plan for both areas. When we sold the house last year, the yard and atrium helped make the house very attractive to buyers. We bought a home in Paradise Valley with two neglected walled garden areas. We immediately thought of Pascale. Once again she gave us beautiful plans for these pocket gardens. One is designed to attract butterflies and hummingbirds. We are absolutely delighted with the finished product. We highly recommend Pascale. She is a delight to work with. She has a strong point of view but listens to her clients? wishes. She has a marvelous sense of design. She doesn?t just put plants in a flat landscape. She sculpts the area with boulders and mounding and places plants so that they look natural in the area. She knows plants--cacti, succulents, and non-desert plants. She has years of experience with clients? yards and her own. She also has an excellent team that executes her designs to perfection. Juan and his crew are knowledgeable, capable, and very customer oriented. We recommend Pascale Land Design without hesitation.

2D Design of Backyard.
My husband and I wanted to update our side yard complete with a gas fireplace, herb garden, built in BBQ and new plants. We found out about Pascale Land Design through a friend and we were so glad we found them! Pascale was able to stop by our house the very next day to take measurements. We reviewed with her our ideas of what we wanted in our backyard. She took our ideas and designed a layout perfect for us! After a few minor tweaks, we had our own custom 2-D drawing. My husband who is a contractor, was able to plan out our side yard perfectly based on Pascale's vision. We were so impressed with Pascale's knowledge of design. Her years of experience helped to make recommendations of ideas that we never would have thought of! Her timeliness, professionalism and expertise was so refreshing. We are extremely satisfied with her service and would recommend her to anyone.

She spent a lot of time with me and educated me on how to care for a desert property, as I am from Chicago. She prepared a quote for me to remove grass and install granite and plants. Member Comments: Pascale was simply wonderful. Extremely professional, on time and very experienced. She was not feeling at all well but plowed through it for an hour and half! Her thoughts and suggestions were right on and what I needed. Unfortunately our project had to take a back seat due to our budget and we had to do the work somewhat by ourselves with help from a few friends. She is a great designer and very generous with time and thoughts. She should charge for her quotes and time. Very professional. If you want a professional person call Pascale. I can tell she will stand behind whatever she does.

I contacted "Pascale Land Design" to draw on paper and redesign the facilities outside of my house. I'm really pleased to have worked with the designer, who had no shortage of ideas and ingenuity. She has taken care of everything from A to Z. The choice of materials and plants were in perfect harmony. We worked by email during the implementation plans and then came to France at the completion of construction of these workers. I can now enjoy a well designed hedge that protects me from the view of the pool and its facilities, as well as a massive Fire Pit space to continue to enjoy the evenings staying outside without getting cold.
